All public courses are held at the PDRS Facility, 1000 Market Street, Chattanooga, TN.
Fees for all courses include materials and applicable ADRC administrative & reporting fees.

Continuing Education Credits: Continuing education hours will be submitted to the TN Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization, upon participant's written request, following each training. Additional fees may apply. PDRS will also report completed hours to the TN Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Please check with us regarding CEUs for other states or licensing agencies.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Registration fees for cancellations received fourteen (14) business days prior to the start of a course will be refunded in full. Registration fees for cancellations received less than fourteen (14) business days prior to the start of a course are non-refundable and may be applied to any future PDRS training.
